Hope Channel Gains New Studio in Kenya

The new headquarters of the West Kenya region of the Seventh-day Adventist Church was inaugurated in a ceremony officiated by the president of the Republic of Kenya, His Excellency Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta. Included in the new complex is a Hope Channel television studio that will produce local programs. President Kenyatta, while addressing the large crowd, observed that Hope Channel programming will help change lives and build a better society. Additionally, he made a personal pledge to donate $20,000 towards the purchase of television production equipment for Hope Channel’s new studio. Also in attendance was Gideon Mutero, Hope Channel’s vice president for finance.
