JACK CHEESE SLICING SPREAD

Ingredients
1 Cup cashews
½ tsp garlic powder
1½ tsp salt
½ Cup cornstarch
½ red sweet bell pepper, chopped
1-1/2 Cups hot water
2 tsp onion powder
¼ Cup nutritional yeast flakes
½ Cup lemon juice
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend til smooth.
Pour into a pot and heat until thickens, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Grease a square or rectangular dish with oil or cooking spray.
Pour hot mixture into dish, allow to cool, and then place in the refrigerator.
Once chilled, tip out and slice.
Stores in refrigerator for 5-6 days.
