Who are Seventh-day Adventists and what do they believe?
Seventh-day Adventists are Protestant Christians who are members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Currently, there are more than 21 million Seventh-day Adventists, located in more than 200 countries around the world. Seventh-day Adventists accept the Bible as the only source of their beliefs. We consider our movement to be the result of the Protestant conviction "Sola Scriptura" — the Bible as the only standard of faith and practice for Christians.
In addition to having a presence in more than 200 countries, the denomination also operates extensive worldwide educational and hospital systems, and a humanitarian agency. For more information on Seventh-day Adventist and what they believe, visit adventist.org.
